PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE

Notice of Public Hearing is hereby given that the Selma Town Council will hold a public meeting on Tuesday, January 9, 2017, at 6:00 p.m. in the Jernigan Building located at 110 East Anderson Street, Selma, NC.  During the meeting, a public hearing will be held/conducted on the following item as stated below: 

Zoning/Map Amendment RZ/Map #12.01.17:  Kevin Dougherty on behalf of Eastfield Associates, LLC, has filed an application to rezone approximately 12.804 acres near Crocker Street/I-95 from an R-20 Zoning District to an I-B Zoning District; and amend the Future Land Use Comprehensive Plan/Map designation from Commercial to Industrial.  The property is owned by Eastfield Associates, LLC, and is referenced as Johnston County Tag ID #12M11045C. 

Zoning/Map Amendment RZ/Map #12.02.17:  Mark McDonnell with Adventure Development, LLC, has filed an application to rezone approximately 14.636 acres on behalf of Patricia Lynn Crocker off Fire Tower Road/West Blanche Street Extension from an R-20 Zoning District to an R-8 Zoning District.  The property is owned by Patricia Lynn Crocker, and is referenced as Johnston County Tag ID #12M11045.

Zoning/Map Amendment RZ/Map #12.03.17: Kevin Dougherty on behalf of Eastfield Associates, LLC, has filed an application to rezone approximately 14.22 acres off Fire Tower Road from a R-20 Zoning District to an R-8 Zoning District.  The property is owned by Eastfield Associates, LLC, and is referenced as Johnston County Tag ID #12M11045J.

Zoning/Map Amendment RZ/Map #12.04.17:  Mark McDonnell with Adventure Development, LLC, has filed an application to rezone approximately108.392 acres on the behalf of Bruce and Grace Park off/in vicinity of West Blanche Extension, from a R-20 Zoning District to an I-2 Zoning District; and amend the Future Land Use Comprehensive Plan/Map designation from Residential to Industrial.  The property is owned by Bruce Parker, and is referenced as Johnston County Tag ID #12N1109C.

Zoning/Map Amendment RZ/Map #12.05.17:  Mark McDonnell with Adventure Development, LLC, has filed an application to rezone approximately13.86 acres on the behalf of Larry and Louise Stancil, off Crocker Street/I-95, from an I-2 Zoning District to an I-B Zoning District; and amend the Future Land Use Comprehensive Plan/Map designation from Industrial to Commercial.  The property is owned by Larry and Louise Stancil, and is referenced as Johnston County Tag ID #14L11014L.
