NCEMPA (North Carolina Eastern Municipal Power Agency) has enacted a fuel rider on all member utilities, including Selma, for a 24-month period to cover the increased costs of power generation caused by rising fuel prices.

The Town of Selma is passing those cost increases through to each customer in the form of a Rider, which will appear on each month’s bill.

More detailed information on this Rider can be found on the Town’s website at selma-nc.com/departments/electric/.
