🚧 Public Notice: NCDOT Project #BP4-R039 🚧

The North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) is proposing to replace a culvert on River Road (SR 1928) through Mill Creek in Selma. Construction will require a temporary offsite detour, likely along West Oak Street and Buffalo Road.

This project includes minor impacts to a section of Brack Wilson Park; however, officials anticipate these impacts to be minimal and not affect the park’s overall use.
