CODE ENFORCEMENT

Code Enforcement performs inspections and works to ensure compliance with the Town of Selma’s Code of Ordinances in the areas of abandoned and junked motor vehicles, community appearance, zoning, public nuisances, etc. Please contact the Town of Selma Code Enforcement at Code-Enforcement@selma-nc.com.

The Selma Fire Department conducts Fire Inspections in accordance with the “NC Fire Prevention Building Code”. This code requires all buildings to be inspected on a 1, 2, or 3-year cycle.
