Important Notice from the Town of Selma: Utility Bill Delivery Update

The Town of Selma extends our sincerest apologies for the recent delay in the delivery of utility bills. We recognize this may have caused inconvenience, and we greatly appreciate your patience as we make the transition to a new bill printing provider.

If you have questions about your account or need assistance signing up for electronic billing, please contact our Finance Department at 919-965-9841.

You can also enroll in Web Self Service to access, view, and pay your utility bill anytime by using the following link: Selma, NC – Municipal Online Services.

We truly appreciate your understanding during this transition. Thank you for being a valued part of the Selma community — we remain committed to serving you with care and reliability.

Updated Schedule- Road Paving Ahead in Selma!

Heads up, Selma residents! Due to weather, there have been updates to the paving schedule. Coastline Contracting will be paving several streets throughout Town beginning next week. To help keep everything running safely and efficiently, please avoid parking on the roadway during the scheduled paving dates.

August 11– Spindale St, Millbrook St, & Tower St

August 12-13 – Reid Cr, Sumner St (From Dogwood to W Jones St), Green St, & Brevard St (From W Waddell St to W Railroad St)

August 13– Pecan Dr (From N Sharpe to Dixie)

August 14– N Sharpe (From Pecan to Griswold)

No roadway parking from 6AM to 7PM on paving days.

Vehicles left in the roadway may be towed at the owner’s expense.
