Due to an error by an external vendor, utility bills for the Town of Selma were not timely processed and mailed as expected.
Please note that utility payments were originally due today, April 30, 2025. We recognize the inconvenience this has caused and want to assure our customers that no late fees or penalties will be assessed on bills with a due date of April 30, 2025, until after 5pm on May 7, 2025.
For utility bills with an original due date of April 30, 2025, please ensure payment is submitted in full on or before May 7, 2025, by 5pm to avoid any late fees, penalties or disruptions to service.
If you have already submitted your payment, we sincerely thank you for your diligence and understanding. If you have not received your bill or have questions, please contact the Town at 919-965-9841. Our staff will be glad to assist you in obtaining a copy of your bill and/or answering any questions or concerns.
To prevent further delays, Town staff is currently working to manually process and mail the upcoming May 1, 2025, utility bills in-house. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work to resolve this issue.
